Wonderful experience. Very friendly and professional team! Ryan did an amazing job checking up on the teams previously done job and managed to catch, fix and restore any mishaps and even replaced a part he wasn't too comfortable with. He then explained everything with a clear and friendly approach. He was absolutely great! I would happily recommend this team for ac/heating. The plumbing part I can't speak for yet...but maybe soon! Lol

I had an excellent experience with Ryan from Right Choice. He conducted a thorough inspection of my HVAC system, addressed all necessary repairs, and explained everything clearly along the way. The work included replacing the condensate pipe, repairing the drip pan, insulating parts, and fixing wiring, all of which were completed efficiently and professionally. Not only was the work done to the highest standards, but the communication and attention to detail were also exceptional. Ryan ensured everything was in perfect working condition before leaving and provided clear documentation, including photos, which were incredibly helpful. I highly recommend him for his outstanding service and professionalism.

Great service. Called company and got same day service for my heat. Was very grateful. Heat went out on one of the coldest days of the year. Tech came out worked so fast and efficiently. Also had a smile on his face. Would use them again and again.

This company in my opinion is shady!!! In October they charged my $4800 to replace my "leaky coil" on my unit. After taking the unit out it appeared rusted and looked as if it had been leaking for years. BUT I have their maintenance plan and they were at my house in August because the unit "froze up" according to the tech. So yesterday they came to due the furnace and the tech said that "the ignitor wasn't heating properly". I asked how much it would cost to repair it? The tech said "$586" I asked why so much when the ignitor only cost about $40-50? He answer was "I don't make the prices" I told him to just put it back and I'll change it myself. I proceeded to call the manager but he wasn't in the office but I didn't receive a call back. I called again today and he was still out of the office. I later got a call from a guy claiming to be the owner. I explained to him that I believe they were jacking up the price, he told me "that's the price of doing business and that he had to pay his techs and pay for operating cost for the company". I have no problem with paying for labor but $586 for a $40 part =$546 in labor for a 10 minute job. I told him I would never use his company again. He asked if there was anything he could do to keep me as a customer, I told him I don't trust your company to give me a fair rate and I would never do business with them again. Please get a 2nd opinion if you choose to use this company

Been working with the Right Choice a few years now for all my heating and ac needs. Very professional, reasonably priced and always responsive and accommodating. They arrive on time and usually finish earlier than expected. Alfredo came today to do maintenance on my 3 units. He’s so nice, very friendly, professional and thorough!! He took the time to explain and show me everything!
